研究概览
简要总结
·Cervical thrust manipulation is known to be effective in reducing neck pain.
·However, there is no clear evidence weather any specific approach towards manipulation is more effective over the others.
·Hence, this study proposes to explore the immediate effects of cervical thrust manipulation in weight bearing and non-weight bearing positions on pain and range of motion in individuals with mechanical neck pain.
·Further, the long term retention effects of the treatment given will also be explored.
