Inclusion Criteria
BMI < 40Kg/square metre
ASA 1 and 2 patients
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with allergy to drugs used in the study
2.Patients with bronchial asthma , cardiac pathology, neurologic condition and psychiatric disorder.
3.Any contraindication to subarachnoid block
