Patients aged 65 or older who are scheduled to undergo regular thoracic and cardiovascular surgery
- Patients who are chronically taking one or more drugs due to co-morbidity before hospitalization
- Patients who disagree with this study
- Discharged patients within 48 hours
- The patient who died during the hospitalization period
- Patients who were re-hospitalized for thoracic and cardiovascular surgery during the study period after participating in the study
- Patients who can't follow up after discharge
- Patients who have difficulty understanding and filling out questionnaires
- Other patients who are not allowed to participate
