Inclusion Criteria
1.All Extramural neonates < 37 weeks and Age at admission < 28 days, with initial 12 hours SNAP II of >= 5.
2.In Neonates, where Gestational Age is not ascertainable, Admission weight of < 2000 grams will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
Congenital major malformations such as congenital diaphragmatic hernia, oesophageal atresia with tracheoesophageal fistula, congenital gastrointestinal defects, cyanotic congenital heart defects, meningomyelocele, etc.
