入选标准
- •Adult patients aged 18 to 65 years who scheduled for elective valvular heart surgery involving median sternotomy
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal.
- •2.Allergy to local anesthetics.
- •3.Localized infection.
- •4.Coagulopathy / Bleeding diathesis
- •5.Patients on anticoagulants
- •6.Left Ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF) <40%
- •7.Combined valve replacement or repair with coronary artery bypass grafting
- •8.Emergency surgery
- •9.Redo surgery
- •10. Reexploration within 24 hours
- •11.Inability to understand pain scoring.
