- Age between 18 and 45 years at time of the diagnosis melanoma.
- Stage I or II melanoma in the medical history.

Exclusion Criteria

- Age < 18 years or > 45 years at diagnosis.
- Melanoma in situ
- Inability to read and understand the Dutch language.
