- •Teenage girls aged 16-15- busy studying- Having a smartphone- No previous academic leap and rejection -no defects or invisible diseases (including acute and chronic physical illnesses, neurological diseases, no use of psychotropic drugs and addiction) -lack of visible physical defects (such as physical disability and physical injuries such as burns or tears, severe short stature, tall stature, obesity or excessive weight loss)
排除标准
- •Reluctance to continue participating in the study-, not participating in at least 2 face-to-face training sessions or not responding in the virtual environment- Do not have a smartphone for virtual training during the study process- Occurrence of any unexpected events affecting life during the study, such as divorce, death and remarriage of parents, etc. during the study
