All patients with BMI more than or equal to 30kg/m2 and newly diagnosed moderate to severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea by Level I Polysomnography (Philips Respironics USA) in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine and advised positive airway pressure therapy will be recruited for the study after obtaining informed consent.
Patients not willing to participate in study
Patients with severe orthopaedic or neurological disorders limiting their mobility
Severe pulmonary arterial hypertension
Exercise-induced syncope
Unstable angina or recent Myocardial infarction
Refractory fatigue
Inability to learn, psychiatric instability and disruptive behaviour.
