1.Patients who have more than one incurable chronic disease (cancerous and non-cancerous) who receive palliative care or a doctor in charge and another doctor with a title of associate professor or above who independently predict survival time of 12 months or less;
2.Meet the diagnostic criteria of fatigue; in the two weeks of the previous month, there was obvious fatigue or energy loss every or almost every day, accompanied by other symptoms related to fatigue; or fatigue caused functional impairment;
3.Have basic language communication skills;
4.Patients and family members informed consent.
1.Patients with mental illness;
2.The doctor in charge and another doctor with the title of associate professor or above independently predict that the survival time is less than the observation period of 3 months;
3.Patients who receive other multidisciplinary interventions at the same time;
4.Fear of acupuncture.
