Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with grade I, grade II and grade III nonalcoholic fatty liver disease will be
considered.
2.Patients with known case of type 2 diabetes mellitus who are on conventional treatments
with HbA1c not more than 8%.
3.Patients who have willingly join the study and signed the written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who have alcoholic fatty liver disease
2.Patient who has been diagnose with Viral hepatitis or auto immune hepatitis
3.Patients who have any other metabolic disease like Hereditary hemochromatosis,
Alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency , Wilson disease, Uncontrolled thyroid disease
4.Patients who are diagnosed with liver disease due to any other etiology
5.Patient with active cardio pulmonary manifestations.
