- •Intra dialytic chills

- •1.Acute kidney injury and Acute kidney disease
- •2.Blood culture positivity for fungal and mycobacterial infections at presentation.
- •3.Patients presenting with shock refractory to fluid therapy requiring inotropes.
- •4.Pregnancy
- •5.Known other source of infection.
- •6.Allergic to alcohol.
