入排标准
入选标准
- •a) Individuals with healthy periodontium.
- •b) Patients with diagnosis of generalized gingivitis.
- •c) Patients with diagnosis of generalized stage III grade B periodontitis.
- •(Periodontal health, gingivitis and periodontitis definition will be based on the classification of Gingival and Periodontal Diseases as proposed in 2017 World Workshop)
- •d) Patients with diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus ( HbA1c < 7 %)
- •e) Presence of at least 20 natural teeth.
排除标准
- •a) Patients with any systemic diseases other than Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
- •b) Subjects who have undergone periodontal therapy in last six months preceding the start of the study.
- •c) Individuals who have history of any antimicrobial or anti- inflammatory therapy in the last six months.
- •d) Smokers.
- •e) Pregnant, lactating and postmenopausal women.
