- •Type 1 Diabetes mellitus patients (atleast 6 months duration)
- •Age : 12-45 years
- •HbA1c: = 7.5% and =12%
排除标准
- •Pregnant or lactating females
- •Known Hypersensitivity to AGIs
- •Diabetic ketoacidosis
- •Recent acute illness
- •Renal dysfunction (S. Creatinine =2mg/dl and/or eGFR <25ml/min/1.73m2)
- •Chronic liver disease
- •Inflammatory bowel disease/ intestinal obstruction/ Chronic intestinal malabsorptive disorders
- •Hemoglobinopathies
