入选标准
- •1. Spastic diplegia
- •2. crouch gait
- •3. GMFCS levels II OR III
- •4. Radiological patella alta
排除标准
- •1.Patients who were not able to comply with postoperative rehabilitation protocol.
- •2.GMFCS level I and IV
- •3.Patients with ataxia, dystonia or mixed pattern.
- •4.Severe upper limb impairment that will have impact on ambulation
- •5.Cognitive impairment that will come in the way of rehab and testing.
- •6.History of past surgical interventions
- •7.Dislocated hip or Reimerââ?¬•s migration index more than 30%
- •8.Severe spinal deformity
