1. Spastic diplegia
2. crouch gait
3. GMFCS levels II OR III
4. Radiological patella alta
1.Patients who were not able to comply with postoperative rehabilitation protocol.
2.GMFCS level I and IV
3.Patients with ataxia, dystonia or mixed pattern.
4.Severe upper limb impairment that will have impact on ambulation
5.Cognitive impairment that will come in the way of rehab and testing.
6.History of past surgical interventions
7.Dislocated hip or Reimerââ?¬•s migration index more than 30%
8.Severe spinal deformity
