- •We propose to test this device in intubated patients in MICU- Department of Critical care medicine meeting below criteria:
- •Patients must be between 21 to 65 years of age Both sexes
- •Patients must be orally intubated on ventilator care and on suction care protocol
- •Patient or a legal representative of the patient gives written consent for the

- •o Patients on oral anti-coagulation.
- •o Patients on inotropic drugs.
- •o Bleeding disorders.
- •o Not able to obtain consent .
- •o Enrolled in another clinical study.
- •o Acute head , neck or facial injury patient
