- •General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation
- •Age 18 to 65 years
排除标准
- •Patients with impaired cognitive ability
- •Unconscious patients after operation
- •Upper respiratory tract infections or throat infections before surgery
- •patients under going head and neck surgery
- •Use of nasogastric tube and double lumen tube
- •Preoperative sore throat
- •Patients on steroids, NSAIDS and Mgso4
