Inclusion Criteria
1. Nursing employees, presenting with nonspecific low back pain lasting more than 3 months.
2. Those stratified as at low-moderate risk of poor outcomes using Keel STart back tool.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Those stratified as at high risk of poor outcomes using Keel STart back tool.
2. History of musculoskeletal trauma in the last 2 years.
3. History of major surgery in the last 2 years
4. Pregnancy.
5. Individuals diagnosed with inflammatory disease of musculoskeletal system.
6. Individuals presenting with any other disabling health condition.
