Inclusion Criteria
Condylar base fractures and laterally displaced condylar neck fractures(Based on Strasbourg Osteosynthesis Research Group classification), These may be Isolated, bilateral or combined with other facial fractures, Patients with normal temporomandibular joint function, Patients medically fit for surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Condylar head fractures, Condylar fractures requiring treatment by closed reduction, Patients unfit for surgery under general anaesthesia
