- •Brunnstrom proximal upper-limb stage >=III
- •>6 months post-single stroke 1st time with no acute illness or complication
- •Absence of additional therapy intervention during this study
排除标准
- •Arm contractures/ pain
- •Preexisting upper-extremity impairment
- •Cerebellar lesion
- •Unstable medical status
- •Perceptual, apraxic, or cognitive deficits that would prevent adequate study participation
- •Inability to provide informed consent
- •Significant pain in the hand during range of motion (Visual analog Scale above 6 out of 10)
- •Open wounds on the hand or arm
- •Not able to take command
