Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Chronic shoulder pain of \>3 months duration with NRS \> 5 diagnosed with any of the mentioned conditions like chronic tendinitis, impingement syndrome, frozen shoulder secondary to arthritis, chronic rotator cuff injuries will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those patients who have underlying shoulder pathology like rheumatoid arthritis or malignant disease of shoulder, who have already diagnosed with cervical herniated disc disorder pathology, prior RF treatments in last 3 months, fibromyalgia, coagulation disturbances, uncontrolled diabetes, allergies to local anesthetics, malignancy, mental disorders or psychiatric conditions preventing adequate communication and pregnancy will be excluded from the study.
