入选标准
- •Certified care workers (holders of a care worker license)
- •Home-based care workers who have provided direct care for older adults aged 65 years or older receiving home care services for at least 6 months Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and provide written informed consent
- •Individuals able to participate in the program (simulation-based education) and complete questionnaires
排除标准
- •Individuals who have received education related to end-of-life care or hospice care within the past 6 months
- •Individuals planning to participate in other end-of-life care or hospice-related programs during the study period
- •Individuals unable to participate in the program due to leave of absence, resignation, or similar reasons during the study period
- •Individuals considered unable to participate due to physical or mental health problems
