Inclusion Criteria
- Lung nodules range in diameter from 5 to 15mm; <br>2) CT shows nodules density including solid pulmonary nodules (sPN), mixed ground glass nodules (mGGN), and pure ground glass tuberculosis (pGGN)<br>3) the prothrombin time-to-international normalized ratio (PT-INR) < 1.5 and platelet count > 50×10^9/L; <br>4) respondents agreeing to participate in the study and signing the informed consent form;<br>5) patients stopped taking anticoagulants at least 7 days before procedure
Exclusion Criteria
- Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency (such as severe pulmonary hypertension);<br> 2) Uncorrectable coagulation dysfunction; <br>3) Anatomically or functionally isolated lung; <br>4) There are obvious infectious lesions on the puncture path; <br>5) Bullae, vascular malformation, aneurysm or pulmonary hydatid disease; <br>6) Mechanically ventilated patients; <br>7) disturbance of consciousness, dysphoria or severe cough were unable to tolerate the procedure.
