入选标准
- •1)Moderate to severe non-perforated ulcer.
- •2)Evidence of fungus on KOH or culture
- •3)Admitted in the ward
- •4)Consent to receive medications as per protocol
排除标准
- •1)Mild cases of fungal keratitis
- •2)Impending perforation
- •3)Evidence of bacteria on Gram stain / acanthamoeba
- •4)Evidence of herpetic keratitis:history or exam
- •5)Age less than 18 years
- •6)Bilateral ulcers
- •7)Previous surgery in affected eye within 1 year
- •8)Pregnancy or breast-feeding (by history)
- •9)Acuity worse than 6/60 (20/200) in fellow eye.
- •10) h/o known allergy to drugs being used
