Inclusion Criteria
1)Moderate to severe non-perforated ulcer.
2)Evidence of fungus on KOH or culture
3)Admitted in the ward
4)Consent to receive medications as per protocol
Exclusion Criteria
1)Mild cases of fungal keratitis
2)Impending perforation
3)Evidence of bacteria on Gram stain / acanthamoeba
4)Evidence of herpetic keratitis:history or exam
5)Age less than 18 years
6)Bilateral ulcers
7)Previous surgery in affected eye within 1 year
8)Pregnancy or breast-feeding (by history)
9)Acuity worse than 6/60 (20/200) in fellow eye.
10) h/o known allergy to drugs being used
