1.42 consented patients between 17â??40 years of age with deep caries penetrating more than half the thickness into dentin in mature permanent posterior teeth showing a closed apex on periapical radiograph and with the diagnosis of reversible pulpitis will be recruited for the study.
2.Neural sensibility will be confirmed by a positive response to Cold test.
1.primary teeth
2.lack of pulp exposure after excavation, teeth with irreversible pulpitis (spontaneous pain) or pulp necrosis
3.presence of periapical lesions as assessed by radiographic examination
4.periodontal disease
5.a cracked tooth
6.internal or external resorption
7.calcified canals
8.non-restorable teeth, pulp bleeding that could not be controlled within 10 minutes using 2.5% sodium hypochlorite
9.immunocompromised or pregnant patients
10.patients with any systemic disorder, and a positive history of antibiotic and analgesic use within the week before the treatment.
