Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed cases of hypothyroidism on the basis of Serum TSH and T3 and T4 levels
Patient Serum TSH level above 4.5 mU/L
Total Serum T4 level less than normal value (4.5 to 12.5 ng/dl)
Total Serum T3 level less than normal value (80 to 220 ng/dl)
Patients having clinical features of hypothyroidism
Age 20-60 years
Patients yogya for Virechana Karma
Exclusion Criteria
Ischemic heart diseases
Uncontrolled hypertension
Myocardial Infarction
Cerebrovascular event
Cardiac arrhythmias
Pregnancy
Active malignant disease
