Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age: age group ( more than or equal to 18 years)
- •2\.Either gender.
- •3\.Post\-discharge (minimum 1 week) of any confirmed COVID\-19 cases those who required hospitalization (required oxygenation, ICU monitoring or management, etc. for COVID\-19\).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.No access to or unavailability of minimum phone\-calling facility.
- •2\.Not willing to participate in the study.
