- •ASA Physical Status ââ?¬â?? I & II
- •BMI (18.5-24.9)
- •Patient undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia and endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •Patientââ?¬•s refusal
- •Patient with known allergy to dexmedetomidine and esmolol
- •Surgery lasting for more than two hour
- •Patient with h/o hypertension, ischaemic heart disease, aortic stenosis, left ventricular failure, atrio-ventricular conduction block sinus bradycardia, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •Severe hepatic and renal disease
- •Patient receiving antihypertensives, MAO inhibitors
- •Pregnant and lactating woman
- •Cases encountered with difficult intubation
- •Anticipated difficult airway
- •Novel corona virus positive
