Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\-Homme ou femme d’âge \> ou \= 18 ans
- •\-Patient opéré d’une chirurgie de Prothèse Totale de Hanche (PTH)
- •\-PTH réglées (maladie dégénérative de la hanche) ou dans un contexte d’urgence (traumatisme)
- •\-PTH unilatérale
- •\-première PTH
- •\-Quel que soit le mode d’anesthésie choisi en fonction des comorbidités et du souhait du patient (générale ou rachianesthésie)
- •\-Quelle que soit la voie d’abord
- •\-Quelle que soit la pathologie ayant motivé l’intervention (maladie dégénérative ou traumatisme)
- •\-Consentement signé par le patient
- •\-Patient affilié à un régime de sécurité sociale ou assimilé
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Hypovolémie
- •\-Reprise de PTH
- •\-Porphyrie
- •\-Facteurs de risque de développer une méthémoglobinémie (hémoglobinopathie, déficit en G6PD)
- •\-Grossesse (diagnostic biologique) ou allaitement
- •\-Allergie à l’un des médicaments administrés au cours des différentes techniques d’analgésie
- •\-BMI \> 40 kg/m² ou \< 18 kg/m²
- •\-Facteurs pouvant influencer la perception de la douleur : troubles cognitifs sévères, dépression marquée, problème psychiatrique grave, maladie neurologique altérant la sensibilité normale
- •\-Consommation d'opioïdes au long cours
- •\-Contre\-indication à l'une ou l'autre technique
