Inclusion Criteria
1) Those with clinical symptoms (pain, gingival swelling, gingival abscess, etc.) due to periapical lesions
2) Those who agree to participate in clinical trials and sign the subject consent form
Exclusion Criteria
1) Those who have received cochlear implant or pacemaker procedures
2) Those whose pain is not odontogenic
3) Diabetic patients, immunocompromised patients, pregnant women
4) Periodontally damaged teeth, teeth not suitable for rubber dam isolation
5) When participation in a clinical trial is judged to be inappropriate because it may affect other ethical or clinical trial results.
