- •FUNGAL HYPHAE POSITIVE ON CONFOCAL MICROSCOPY

- •IMPENDING PERFORATION, CORNEAL PERFORATION
- •EVIDENCE OF BACTERIA ON GRAM STAIN AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT
- •BILATERAL ULCER
- •ALLERGIC TO STUDY MEDICATIONS
- •NO LIGHT PERCEPTION IN THE AFFECTED EYE
