Inclusion Criteria
1)Persons aged 18 years and above
2)Those who are residing in the field practise area,Department of Community Medicine,KMC Manipal for more than 6 months
3)Those who are willing to give informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Pediatric neurological disorders like cerebral palsy,pediatric age group related inborn errors of metabolism and proven genetic disease.
2)Acute Communicable neurological disorders like meningitis/meningoencephalitis and brain infections.
3)Other neurological disorders like Motor neuron disease, Neuromuscular disorder like Myasthenia gravis.
