1. Patients who agree to receive general anesthesia
2. Those with ASA I to IV
3. Age =65 years old, no gender limit
4. Those with no ulceration at the puncture site
1. Patients with sinus bradycardia and atrioventricular block
2. History of allergy to propofol injection,
3. Allergic to opioids
4. Pre-existing mental illness, often taking drugs that affect neuromodulation (Diamen, etc.) before surgery
5. Language communication barriers
6. Those with ulceration and infection at the puncture site
