Brief Summary
This is Randomised Open Controlled Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy of Truna Taila for external application along with Arogyavardhini Vati orally in vicharchika
Assesment of signs and symptoms will be done at regular intervals
Observation will be drawn from the outcome of patients after 30 days

Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients having symptoms of Vicharchika that is Mandal Atikandu Severe itching Ruja pain Rukshata Dryness skin discolorations strava thickening of skin Patient will be selected irrespective of Gender and Occupation Chronicity less than 1 year acute or newly diagnose.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Eczema with complications.
- •Patients suffering known complaints of HIV Asthma Patients not fulfilling the inclusion criteria Chronicity more than 1 year.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
To study the efficacy of Truna Taila for external application to
Time Frame: 30 days
affected area along with Arogyavardhini Vati for 30 days in Vicharchika.

Secondary Outcomes
- To study the effect of Truna Taila for external application for Arogyavardhini Vati orally as per mentioned in Ayurvedic Samhita(To study efficacy of Truna taila for external application and Arogyavardhini Vati orally for sign like Shyavata Strava kandu ruja mandal rukshata in 30 days duration)
