入选标准
- •1.Willing to give consent to participate in the study.
- •2.Type of Disease-Apathyanimittaja Prameha (Diabetes Mellitus type2 NIDDM).
- •3.Fasting Blood sugar range- 126 to 250 mg/dl.
- •4.Post Prandial Blood sugar range-200 to 325 mg/dl
排除标准
- •1.Patient not willing to participate in the study or not in position to give consent.
- •2.Patients of IDDM (Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus)(DM Type 1).
- •3.Patients below 25 years of age & above 70 years of age.
- •4.Patients with Blood Sugar Level â?? FBS > 250 mg/dl PPBS > 325 mg/dl.
- •5.Patients with Gestational Diabetes.
- •6.Patients with severe complications (Chronic)[Micro & Macro-Vascular complications]
- •7.Patients in whom DM is caused due to Endocrinopathies like: -
- •a) Acromegaly
- •b) Cushingâ??s Syndrome
- •c)Glucagonoma
- •d)Pheochromocytoma
- •e)Hyperthyroidism.
- •8. Patients in whom DM is caused as a drug induced complications .
- •Ex:- a) Steroids
- •b) Thiazide like Diuretics
- •c) Nicotinic Acid
- •d) Protease Inhibitors
- •e) Beta Blockers
- •9.Patients suffering from any serious systemic disorders.
- •10.Patients with DKA (Diabetic Ketoacidosis), Lactic acidosis
