- •Squamous cell carcinoma with frozen section negativity of level IIA
- •No preoperative signs of myopathy or neuropathy
- •Absence of locoregional recurrence
排除标准
- •Previously operated cases
- •N3 stage of metastasis
- •Tumor directly involving the accessory nerve
- •Base of tongue, palate squamous cell carcinoma
- •Patients with Sternocleidomastoid resected
- •H/o shoulder pathology or neck pathology(cervical spondylosis)
