Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients above 18 years with acute zone 4/5 flexor tendon injury undergoing repair
2.The patient or caregiver should have access to a smartphone within the immediate family and understand how to use the App.
3.Patient and caregiver who can read and write Hindi and/or English.
4.Patient and caregiver who is willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Age less than 18 years
2.Those who do not own smartphones.
3.Those who refuse to give consent.
4.Patients with immediate postoperative complication within two weeks of surgery
