Inclusion Criteria
Age >18 years
Elective LSCS
GESTATION PERIOD >20 weeks of gestation
BP >140/90 in two readings 4 hrs apart(ACOG GUIDELINES)
ASA II and III physical status patients
Exclusion Criteria
Congestive heart failure (peripartum cardiomyopathy)
Valvular heart disease (Mitral stenosis)
Pulmonary infection
Acute kidney injury/CKD
Pulmonary embolism
Aspiration syndromes
