Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) aged equal or more than60 years; 2\) suspicious of sepsis visit in emergency department 3\) Had Data in Ramathibodi electronic Medical Record form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) patients received treatment at the outpatient unit before transfer to Emergency Department 2\) patients who received treatment before and referred in from other hospitals 3\) patients received cardiopulmonary resuscitation before in same visit 4\) patients with missing data
