•Patient with chronicity of Tamaka Shwasa less than 10 yrs.
•Patients present with classical signs and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa such as ShwasaKrichchhata (Dyspnoea),
•Ghurghurukama (Wheezing sound),Kasa (Cough),Asamyakanidra (Disturbed sleep),Kantodhwamsa (Hoarseness of voice)
•Pinasa (Rhinitis),Shleshma Vimokshante Muhurtam Sukham (After expectoration patient feels better)
•ParshvaAvgrihyate (Chest tightness),Aasinolabhatesaukhyama (Comfortable in sitting position)
•PEF: >=50-100%

•Patients suffering from Diabetes mellitus.
•Patients of complicated liver diseases, Renal diseases and cardiac diseases.
•Patients with poorly controlled hypertension.
•Patients of Cor pulmonale, Cardiac Asthma and severe exacerbation.
•Patient with acute and chronic infections like Pneumonitis, Tuberculosis, HIV etc.
•Patients with major systemic illness RA, SLE and severe metabolic disorders like Gout.
•Any acute systemic disease or Infection, with post covid lung disease/complication.
•Pregnant and lactating mothers.
•Any malignancy.
•Acute & serious conditions require immediate intervention will be excluded
