menopausal women aged between 45-65 years old,(at least one year after amenorrea)married with stable life with her husband,first married,natural menopouse.No history of infertility,No history of cystocele and rectocele surgery,Inclusion criteria in men: no premature ejaculation or current impotence.
Inclusion criteria for couples:Sexually active; Being Iranian; Reading and writing literacy,no History of Addiction,Any self-reported mental illness; no cardiovascular disease,Schedule any surgery or treatment within the next three months,
No intention to travel long without a spouse for the next three months
Excluding more than one meeting (excluding study if men or women attend more than one meeting,
Occurrence of a mental or physical accident while studying in couples
