Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •menopausal women aged between 45\-65 years old,(at least one year after amenorrea)married with stable life with her husband,first married,natural menopouse.No history of infertility,No history of cystocele and rectocele surgery,Inclusion criteria in men: no premature ejaculation or current impotence.
- •Inclusion criteria for couples:Sexually active; Being Iranian; Reading and writing literacy,no History of Addiction,Any self\-reported mental illness; no cardiovascular disease,Schedule any surgery or treatment within the next three months,
- •No intention to travel long without a spouse for the next three months
Exclusion Criteria
- •Excluding more than one meeting (excluding study if men or women attend more than one meeting,
- •Occurrence of a mental or physical accident while studying in couples
