- All
入选标准
- •more than 18 years old
- •well-controlled underlying disease
- •diagnosed as facet joint arthritis or facet joint pain
- •able to follow up at OPD pain at least 6 month after intervention
排除标准
- •patient who cannot co-operation or communication
- •patient with bone metastasis or cancer with unstable condition
- •sepsis or active infection at site of intervention
- •immunocompromized patient
- •patient who has related drug allergic history
- •pregnant patient
- •coagulation problems or cannot stop or delay the anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication
- •patient who refuse to do the intervention or PRP
