Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • more than 18 years old
  • well\-controlled underlying disease
  • diagnosed as facet joint arthritis or facet joint pain
  • able to follow up at OPD pain at least 6 month after intervention

Exclusion Criteria

  • patient who cannot co\-operation or communication
  • patient with bone metastasis or cancer with unstable condition
  • sepsis or active infection at site of intervention
  • immunocompromized patient
  • patient who has related drug allergic history
  • pregnant patient
  • coagulation problems or cannot stop or delay the anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication
  • patient who refuse to do the intervention or PRP
