Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •more than 18 years old
  • •well\-controlled underlying disease
  • •diagnosed as facet joint arthritis or facet joint pain
  • •able to follow up at OPD pain at least 6 month after intervention

Exclusion Criteria

  • •patient who cannot co\-operation or communication
  • •patient with bone metastasis or cancer with unstable condition
  • •sepsis or active infection at site of intervention
  • •immunocompromized patient
  • •patient who has related drug allergic history
  • •pregnant patient
  • •coagulation problems or cannot stop or delay the anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication
  • •patient who refuse to do the intervention or PRP
