入选标准
- •1) 20-80 years old male and female
- •2) Patients who fully understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate in this study.
- •3) All patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy
排除标准
- •1) If the patient does not agree with the treatment
- •2) you have severe or uncontrolled heart, lung, kidney, or mental problems
- •: systolic blood pressure <80 mmHg, body temperature> 39 ° C, Pulse oximeter <90%, patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), patients with Severe heart failure
- •Severe epilepsy, patients with adrenocortical insufficiency, acute severe infection, and pregnancy
- •3) Patients who have taken drugs that affect the central nervous system or who have allergy to the study drug,
- •Patients who have used general anesthesia within the last 7 days
- •4) Patients judged to be inappropriate by other researchers
