? Prospectively Retrospective Group Inclusion Criteria:
1. Patients with pediatric inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, unclassified IBD) who have been diagnosed and treated, with documented medical records.
2. Patients diagnosed at or before the age of 18, including those who are currently over 18 years old.
? Prospective Group Inclusion Criteria:
1. Pediatric and adolescent patients aged 18 years or younger newly diagnosed or awaiting diagnosis with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or unclassified IBD.
2. Patients who were diagnosed with the conditions mentioned in 1) before the study period and are currently under follow-up, starting a new biologic therapy.
3. ndividuals who have provided written consent for participation (parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory). Partial consent is allowed (e.g., providing only clinical information or specific samples).
1. Behçet's disease.
2. In cases where there is a concern for bleeding or other complications during the collection of human-derived materials (intestinal tissue), exclusion from tissue collection will be determined by the joint decision of the institutional collaborators.
