Background: Athletic performance is greatly impacted by sleep, which affects both cognitive and physical processes. Sports like volleyball need mental attention, reaction time, and postural control, all of which can be hampered by poor sleep.
Objective: The objective of this study is to evaluate the association between sleep quality on postural control and performance among amateur volleyball players.
Research Methodology: The study is cross-sectional design; total 46 amateur volleyball players will select on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Participants will be assessed on different parameters by using PSQI, Performance Parameters and Win track platform.
Results and Conclusion: The results and conclusion will depend upon data analyzed

- •1.18-25 years 2.Both genders 3.PSQI greater than 7 Scale 4.Amateur (less than 1 year) Volleyball players.
排除标准
- •1.No neurological problem.
- •2.No history of previous injury.
- •3.Athletes taking any kind of medications.
- •4.No history of any lower limb surgery 5.PSQI greater than 7 6.Midlevel and Elite volleyball players are excluded.
