Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •People between the age group 18\-25
- •Both male and female
- •NDI score more than or equal to 5
- •Negative arm squeeze test
- •Patients who are willing for the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of any cervical disease or trauma
- •History of trauma or surgery on shoulder joint.
- •History of surgery on head, face, neck
- •Use of analgesics or muscle relaxants in the past week
- •History of congenital diseases or inflammatory diseases
- •Those who are not willing to participate in the study
- •Any psychiatric disorders
