1.Patients with single implant supported prosthesis on one side opposing natural teeth (either right or left) and sound natural dentition on other side
2.Patients with single implant supported prosthesis on one side opposing implant supported prosthesis (either right or left) and sound natural dentition on other side
3.Single tooth implant supported prosthesis with implant protected occlusion
4.Patients with good oral hygiene
General factors: -
1. Recent history of any acute illness
2. Patients having psychological problems
Local factors: -
1. Patients having temporo-mandibular disorders
2.Patients with Occlusal anomalies
3.Patients have faulty dental restorations
4. Para-functional habits
5. Patients having Myofascial pain dysfunction syndrome(MPDS)
6. Teeth associated with large periapical lesions (granuloma and cyst)
7. Patients have limited mouth opening
8. Insufficient inter-arch space
9. patients have multiple dental restorations
10. Patients with implant mobility
11. Implant supported prosthesis with abutment screw loosening, loss of retention
12. Peri-implantitis and/or peri-implant mucositis
