Inclusion Criteria
- •Workers with mechanical musculoskeletal problems above 1-3 score on the body part discomfort scale (BPD)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Psychological problems, Cardiopulmonary conditions, Neurological conditions, History of traumatic injury results in musculoskeletal disease, History of systemic illness resulting in musculoskeletal disorder
