- •2. Age 18 to 65 years
- •3. Procedures under spinal anaesthesia with duration of 2 hours or less
- •4. Procedures with minimal blood loss not requiring blood transfusion
排除标准
- •1. Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
- •2. Posted for gastrointestinal surgery
- •3. Active gastroesophageal reflux disease
- •4. Psychiatric patients
- •5. Patients in whom delayed gastric emptying is suspected
