Inclusion Criteria
1) Adult men and women over 70 age
2) Patients who voluntarily participated through written consent byself.
3) Patients diagnosed with cardiovascular and severe valve disease and undergoing cardiac surgical treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
1) When walking is impossible due to physical defects
2) If life expectancy is less than 1 year due to disease
3) When hemodynamically unstable, such as severe pulmonary arterial hypertension and decrease left ventricular ejection fraction rate before surgery
4) Clinically significant patients with ischemic heart disease
